Brad "Buck" Wilson Started the company back in 1981 while working for another drywall company at the time. He was working the company-capped 40-hour work week but didn't feel the needs of his growing family could be met any longer. Buck decided to venture out on his own, thus starting Precision Drywall Inc. With the desire to work in the field and with help from his father-in-law, Harlan, to get a small business loan Precision Drywall was up and running!
They had quite the system - Buck worked at the job sites and managed the crew of employees while his mother-in-law, Marion, managed the company books and accounting work. Marion gained some assistance when Harlan joined in on the fun. Harlan owned and operated a business of his own for many years as well, so he was essential in helping with the books for Precision Drywall, Inc. From then on, Marion's new job became moving the handwritten books into the computer, and in the later years also creating and sending proposals and Invoices.
Buck's son, Chase, graduated high school in 2004 and has worked in the field ever since. He and His fiancé have been working on taking over the books for the company so as Harlan and Marion can enjoy their retirement without having to work.
